Customizing

At Schuberth, customers can have helmets designed to fit their corporate image. A number of options are available for this, including special coatings for Duroplast helmets or custom colors for thermoplastic helmets. Your helmets can also have logos applied at certain points. Some examples are shown below.

Tampoprint

(for thermoplastic helmets)

The Tampoprint method is a paint application method for Duroplast helmets. Here, the paint for the marking is applied over a printing plate that has already been created on the helmet. This printing method ensures a rugged and durable marking, which can also be created with two colors. The size of the marking surface varies depending on the shape of the helmet. Hot stamping

(for thermoplastic helmets)

In the hot stamping process, heat and pressure is applied to a stamping foil using a brass die. This creates a permanent, weather-proof imprint of the desired marking in the helmet shell. Imprint colors (maximum of two) are determined by the foil used. We have a wide range of foil colors available. The size of the marking area varies between helmet styles. Decals

(for thermoplastic and Duroplast helmets)

Decals can be ordered from Schuberth or provided by customers directly for us to apply. In this case, however, please bear in mind that only decals with an ABS-compatible adhesive can be used on ABS polymer blend helmets. If necessary, please check with the adhesive film manufacturer. Colors & coatings

Thermoplastic helmets can be ordered in custom colors, provided that we can obtain the chosen shade. Duroplast helmets can be finished with a special kiln-fired coating. This is often the case with our natural-colored PF-SF helmet models (BEN, BEN R and BEN 74 R), as these have a very smooth surface. Our UP-GF helmets (BOP, BOP R and BOP 74 R), available in white, yellow, blue, red, green and orange as standard, can, however, also be coated in custom colors on request.
