The Schuberth Mobility Program gives you the opportunity to receive a new Schuberth helmet after an accident at just 1/3 of the original price (recommended retail price) in the year of the accident. So you won't have to pass up on the familiar quality product that meets the highest requirements for safety and performance in road traffic - especially on long journeys!

All Schuberth customers in the Netherlands (from 1.10.2009), Belgium (from 1.10.2009), Luxembourg (from 1.10.2009), Sweden (from 1.10.2009), Denmark (from 16.10.2009), France (from 1.11.2009), Spain (from 1.11.2009), Germany (from 1.01.2010), Austria (from 1.01.2010), Switzerland (from 1.01.2010), Italy (from 1.03.2010), Hungary (from 1.03.2010), Portugal (from 1.04.2010) and Greece (from 1.04.2010) who have purchased a new Schuberth helmet (models: R1, S1 Pro, J1 and C3) as the first owner from an authorised Schuberth dealer and registered it can take part in the Program. More countries will follow.
It is also possible to register a second or third Schuberth helmet. To do so use the online registration form. Please complete the fields properly and follow the questions asked by the registration system to take part in the program.

Program information
Your helmet is covered by the Schuberth Mobility Program if you have an accident within 3 years of purchasing it. If your helmet is damaged you will receive the quickest possible replacement from a dealer you trust. Please note the following so you can take advantage of the Schuberth Mobility Program if you have an accident.

  1. Inform the police about your accident! This is extremely important as the police accident report is essential for later reimbursement.
  2. Then contact a domestic dealer with the police report, your identification documents or passport, a print out of the registration form, the receipt for your Schuberth helmet and the damaged helmet.
  3. After checking that all the documents are correct your dealer will give you a new helmet from the same product class at 1/3 of the original price (recommended retail price) in the year of the accident. You can then also register it for the Schuberth Mobility Program.

CAUTION!
If the helmet model, colour or decoration is no longer part of the Schuberth range your dealer may fall back on a comparable Schuberth model.  

IMPORTANT!
If your documents are incomplete or incorrect you will not get a replacement helmet.
